This blight is another national problem which we, in common with so many areas suffer from on a disappointingly regular basis.
Physically, there is little we can do but we can and do report it to Rossendale Borough Council. Overall their speed of removal has increased but there’s still room for improvement. Their focus on fixed penalty notices for offenders and court action where appropriate will hopefully slow down the rate of this criminal activity.
