Spring is just around the corner, the bulbs are starting to poke their shoots above the soil and the days are getting longer. Soon, Rawtenstall will be a mass of flowers but there’ll be something extra this year…a new greenhouse behind Rawtenstall market!
We’re looking for help so would you like to join this new group? What about your mum or dad? Do you know of someone who would like to make new friends?
Volunteering to help is open to all but children and less able adults will need to bring their parents or carers.
In the coming months you could be seeing the results of your labours in community gardens across the valley. The feeling of pride in seeing something that you helped create will be anmazing.
