We are welcoming gardeners from across the North West and families and friends to come and see gardens that CPR have developed over the past few years, and a very special private garden.

The main focus is Sparrow Park/The Library gardens. Civic Pride volunteers will be there to explain the work gone into creating such a pristine small park, working alongside Rossendale Borough Council. There will be stalls selling plants and showing some of the tools used by Civic Pride to make gardening easier.
A map will be given to direct visitors to a fabulous private garden and many of the other beautiful gardens around the town which have been developed and maintained by Civic Pride volunteers .

Some of these gardens are entered into the RHS Britain in Bloom competition 2025. Refreshments and cakes will be served in St Marys Church.
