This is the side garden with the ever-reliable clematis Montana Rubens which you see everywhere. It was chopped down three years ago for some work to the garden,so it has resurrected itself to this size in that time.
I included the photo with the hill in the background which is Cowpe Lowe, just to show the loveliness and the nearness of our hills.
The picture with the newly-painted-in-lockdown wall is my attempt at the Mediterranean look. The whole area was a muddy mess when we first moved here but grew good potatoes!
I am always thankful to have this outdoor space but more so at the moment.
